The second Three Sixty Everyday Joy retreat will take place on Saturday 9th February 2019 at the cosy Clapton Laundry, London. This safe space has been carefully curated with workshops designed to guide you into deeper mind, body and soul connection.

We will be digging deep in an interactive, non-judgmental and restorative environment with workshops facilitated by qualified and experienced practitioners.  


You will be supported to develop tools assisting you to cultivate a grounding daily practice creating space to appreciate the Everyday Joys that tell us we are LIVING rather than EXISTING.  The intention is for you to leave with the knowledge necessary to integrate the ethos of the retreat with your daily life.

This day has been created for you to invest in YOU.


There are refreshments available throughout the day with a nutritious and comforting plant-based lunch provided by The V Spot.

The retreat takes place on 9th February 2019 from 9:00am - 6:00pm.  There will be refreshments available throughout the day and a sumptuous two course comforting vegan lunch provided by V Spot.

 

WORKSHOPS.

Mala Seecoomar, Yoga Therapist will join us again with an energising therapeutic yoga session to start the day.

The world’s first Comparison Coach, Lucy Sheridan will guide to explore the ways we comparison shows up in our lives, consider where it comes from an learn strategies to turn up our self compassion.

Anya Hayes, Pilates Expert and Pelvic Meditation Specialist will be back with her mindful pilates and discussion on the importance of pelvic floor health.

Le’Nise Brothers, qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in Women's Health and Hormones will be sharing wisdom on the types of food that will support our changing hormones and keep them in check. Le’Nise will also share information about tracking your cycle so that you can work to your natural rhythm.
