The first Three Sixty ‘Everyday Joy’ day retreat will take place on Sunday 9th September 2018 at The Clapton Laundry, London. The day of carefully curated workshops will be dedicated to caring for your mind, body and soul. 

We will be digging deep in an interactive safe and restorative space facilitated by qualified and experienced practitioners.  

The workshops have been specifically designed to guide you into further self exploration and deeper connection.  You will be supported to develop practical tools that will assist you to cultivate a grounding daily practice that creates space for everyday joy.  The intention is for you to leave with the knowledge necessary to integrate the ethos of the retreat with daily life.

This retreat is an opportunity for you to invest in your emotional, physical and spiritual well-being in a deep and meaningful way.

This is a sacred space therefore places are very limited.

There is an option to pay in two instalments.  Please email tamu@livethreesixty.com for details. The final payment is due by 24/08/18.  This option incurs a small admin fee.

The retreat takes place on 9th September 2018 from 9:00am - 6:00pm.  There will be refreshments available throughout the day and a sumptuous vegan lunch provided by V Spot.

 

WORKSHOPS.

 

Session 1:

Harmony over Balance with Lisa Bent founder of Self Central.

Lisa is a qualified Counsellor and founder of Self-Central, the concept of which is to own and accept
who you are, to be all that you are. Through different mediums she invites people to self-explore
and do the work required to become their best-self.

Session 2:

Pilates for Pelvic Flow with Anya Hayes founder of Mothers Wellness Toolkit.

Anya is a health and well-being writer, a Pilates teacher specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and pelvic floor health, and mum to two gorgeous boys.

Anya is a big believer in the deep connection between body and mind and the importance of movement for mental well-being. She’s been teaching Pilates for 10 years and practising it for longer. She’s evangelical about its magical powers for body balance and mindful mojo.

 

LUNCH 

 

Session 3:

Creating Your PowerFUL Story with Nicola Rae Wickham founder of A Life More Inspired.

Nicola is a qualified NLP practitioner and coach.  She uses her skills to support women to create lives they want to be the star of. Encouraging them to let go of past stories that try and dictate who they are and what they SHOULD do and instead coaches them to create stories of how they want to live and how the want to feel…and then making it happen.

Session 4:

Therapeutic Yoga with Mala Seecoomar founder of Feel Good Yoga.

Mala has been practising yoga for twenty years and qualified six years ago as a teacher and therapist. She works one to one with select clients to help them deal with both current and chronic ailments as well as those wanting to deepen their own practice.  Mala brings compassion, empathy and knowledge to her students, seeing herself as a guide to help them self-heal. Mala helps her students navigate the complex, all encompassing, ancient wisdom and science of yoga, applying these teachings in a modern setting.

Mala has recently returned to London after spending three years training with Swati & Rajiv Chanchani Senior Iyengar Teachers and the Kashmir Shavisum School in India, she now works with  private clients teaching Therapeutic Yoga.
