Returns + Exchanges
Three Sixty will make every effort to provide you with a quality product. Everything offered is produced in small-quantity batches with strict quality assurance.
If you find a defect in the craftsmanship of a product, you have 28 days for a refund or exchange.
If the garment is the incorrect size or you are unhappy for any reason you may have a refund or exchange. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If 28 days have lapsed since you received your purchase, unfortunately Three Sixty cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be sent a return form and address.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in the event of loss or damage in transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Under certain circumstances, including, but not limited to, the following, Three Sixty will not approve a refund or exchange:
(1) Any item not that is not in its original condition; (2) Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or (3) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be sent via your original method of purchase.
