Welcome to episode 15 with Nicky Raby, actress, coach helping small businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs make their business and life work together like a beautiful blend.  She is also speaker, writer and podcaster using these platforms and her skills to have the conversations she felt were missing from this new path of life, career and business.

Nicky is keen to work with people at working in a manner that suits them rather than the roles ‘created’ for them, for this reason working with and taking part in discussions that are inclusive, diverse and pushing boundaries are crucial to her work.

In this conversation Nicky and I discuss PLAYING BIG in 2019.  Not in the grand unachievable gesture way, what we are talking about is taking steps to give ourselves permission to stop waiting and to enjoy playing outside the lines.

We delve into the mindset work necessary to prevent validation from becoming a source of overwhelm and clearing the decks of distraction to support creative mode. It can be hard to hear your own voice and see your own vision if you are spending a lot of time consuming, even if what you are consuming is credible and supportive.

As always Nicky shares generously with humour… I apologise in advance for my over zealous laughter!
