“It’s time to recognise that we are valuable and create lives where we take time to feel our worth.  I believe that when we feel our value we evoke a grounding sense of contentment and can appreciate everyday joys that tell us we are living rather than existing” - Me @livethreesixty

The Three Sixty brand is aimed at women in their late 30’s and 40’s who are realising that living according to should’s and valuing themselves by their output (which is usually based on external ideals) is preventing them from being a full and authentic expression of themselves. ⠀⠀

This is not a #goodvibesonly space, for me that is #toxicpositivity it’s oppressive it says we should deny the very things that make us human. Sometimes you’ve got to feel shitty, there is learning there, and shit is great fertiliser as long as you don’t get stuck in it.

What I’m learning is that it’s possible to integrate daily wellness practices that can assist you to create a grounding sense of contentment that I refer to as #everydayjoy if you are ready to do the work. I’m a huge advocate for self care, the type I am talking about is not easy or pretty, it often feels extremely uncomfortable BUT there are practices that can support this process and take us from survive to thrive. Please note I said us. I’m on this journey too!

I was a Child Protection social worker for 15 years. I curated multidisciplinary teams, coached and mentored families doing deep work to make changes to keep them together or not sometimes 😔. A huge part of my role was taking theory, research and disciplines like psychology and psychiatry to create practical plans for lifelong change. I have transferred these skills to this space alongside my natural creativity to make wellness tangible. This enables us to stand in the centre of our lives owning and working WITH our full 360 degrees 😉.
